I could not get the other company to return a call, and the place I was interested in I applied for they did not tell me for 10 days I did not get the place. I needed to move quick and Justin made it happen, within three days I was in a great place and honestly felt Justin bent over backwards for me. We recently had to do a major renovation on one of the apartments after a long time tenant moved out and Justin was super helpful in arranging contractors who did a great job and were reasonable priced.
